Now accepting ideas for a literary festival.

"Bring together literary enthusiasts, renowned speakers, and emerging talent" is the stated goal of the yearly event.

We are currently accepting ideas for the Wolverhampton Literature Festival's staging for the following year. If you have any ideas for author presentations, panel discussions, workshops, poetry readings, or interactive performances, please get in touch with the organizers.

The municipal council announced that the event, which is in its ninth year, will take place at several locations throughout the city from January 31 to February 2, 2019. The festival the previous year featured appearances by local Sathnam Sanghera, James O'Brien of LBC, and BBC personality Louise Minchin.

The council stated that it is open to submissions from underrepresented groups, such as artists with disabilities and individuals from varied ethnic, black, and Asian origins.

"Bring together literary enthusiasts, renowned speakers, and emerging talent from across the country, celebrating the cultural vibrancy of Wolverhampton" is the stated objective of the event, according to the spokesman.

Ian Fegan, the director of lively city for the council, stated that the festival has grown to be a great success in the city and incorporates all facets of creativity. "Everyone is welcome to share their stories and talents at the festival, whether it be through spoken word, poetry, or a reading." By August 18th, ideas can be submitted online or as a video through the council's literary festival website.
